Troy T. Kornacki is a Licensed Contractor, Homebuilder and Real Estate Agent with the Maryland Department of Labor, Licensing and Regulation. After attending the University of Maryland, College Park, Troy started his first construction business growing it to a six million dollar a year, five state enterprise serving almost 1000 homeowners annually.
Troy has over 30 years of true experience in residential and commercial construction with a comprehensive understanding of all construction and remodeling aspects of residential properties. Troy has always stood at the apex of his field with regard to client satisfaction, strong communication and quality of service. Troy was featured on both Fox 5 News in 2003 and Fox 45 News in 2005 for his dedication to quality and safety and has been responsible for constructing in excess of 7000 homeowner projects.
With his history of successfully serving the needs of homeowners and his love for helping clients carve out their slice of the American dream, his extensive construction knowledge makes him an invaluable asset and the perfect guide to lead clients throughout their construction journey. “Regardless of what I do, my clients best interest is paramount, and I pride myself in being an educator above all else.” Troy understands that a client's project is a highly important financial endeavor.
Troy is also an accomplished aviator and flies regularly. He first flew in high school under a scholarship with the Civil Air Patrol and completed his Private Airplane Pilot's License in 1996, after financing his college education. In 2009, Troy earned his Helicopter Rating, in 2010 he also added Commercial Helicopter Rating and in 2020 his Instrument Rating to his FAA pilot certificate. Troy actively volunteers for the Young Eagles Program at the St. Mary's County Airport as an EAA Flight Leader, where he spends his time allowing children the opportunity to experience the joy of flight through free flights. On a nice weekend, you may likely look skyward and find Troy with his wife and three children flying in the skies above Maryland.
