Troy Kornacki

Troy T. Kornacki is a licensed homebuilder, contractor and real estate agent with the Maryland Department of Labor, Licensing and Regulation. His 30+ years of experience and proven record of excellence in residential and commercial construction place him at the apex of his field in client satisfaction, strong communication, honesty, and quality of service. He was featured on both Fox 5 News in 2003 and Fox 45 News in 2005 for his dedication to quality and safety and has been responsible for constructing in excess of 7,000 homeowner projects.  

With the understanding that a customer’s project is a highly important financial endeavor, Troy combines his comprehensive knowledge of the construction industry and a love for helping his customers carve out their slice of the American dream to guide them through each step of the construction journey. As he explains: “Regardless of what I do, my clients' best interest is paramount, and I pride myself in being an educator above all else.”  

Troy is also an accomplished aviator and flies regularly. He first flew in high school under a scholarship with the Civil Air Patrol and completed his Private Airplane Pilot's License in 1996, and has since gone on to earn his Instrument, Commercial Rotorcraft, and Multi-Engine certificates. He is passionate about sharing his love for aviation and actively volunteers for the Young Eagles Program at the St. Mary's County Airport as an EAA Flight Leader, where he spends his time allowing children the opportunity to experience the joy of flight. On a nice weekend, you may likely look skyward and find him and his wife and three children exploring the skies of our beautiful state.
